    Experience

    Our experience has taught us that organizational leaders typically demonstrate a dangerous reluctance to face the truth. They rely on outmoded behaviors, maintain a "business-as-usual" mentality, and find security in the status quo. The result is that they lose stakeholder support (customers, clients, employees), and their business experiences declining productivity and revenues offset by ongoing expense cuts. In the end the business forfeits its franchise and core competencies to other more adaptable post-millennial organizations.
